      <step>Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt</step>
      <step>Mix in oats</step>
      <step>Cut in butter until mixture is clumpy and holds together</step>

      <step>Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until berries are bubbly and crust is slightly browned</step>
